OZ-Related Reports and Substantive Articles

While the U.S. Congress has been discussing the need for a new private investment incentive for lower income areas, the Opportunity Zone incentive was not approved until December 2017.  Since then, a number of reports, briefings, and articles have been written about the potential use and, sometimes, potential misuse of Opportunity Zones.  Below are links to a selection of these materials, with the most recent information at the top.
