This webpage includes public testimony for the August 18 joint hearing by the Assembly Committee on Jobs, Economic Development, and the Economy, and the Assembly Select Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship relating to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on small businesses owned by women and persons of color. The committees are accepting public comments through September 15, 2021. Send comments to jede@asm.ca.gov. Please note that written comments submitted to the committees in response to a request for public comment will be considered public documents and available for general distribution.
